Lisa Birthday 32

Well I'm 32 today. Some days I feel 18 and some days I feel 90. I hit my 3rd trimester of pregnancy with baby #3.

For my birthday, I'll be going to my sister in law's college graduation, and my aunts funeral, then I'll head over to Mccord's work with some cupcakes and surprise him, then I'll head home, bath kids and help them clean their rooms for Sunday tomorrow, then I'll sit down and plan finishing touches on my Sunday school lesson for 12-13 yr olds tomorrow.

I think if I could give everyone in the world a cupcake, that would make it the best birthday ever!

Bingham's got a big bed!

Bingham has been ready for a big bed for months now. He has asked to sleep on the floor for the last week because he's been so ready.
He is thrilled with his new bed and we are happy for him also.
Attached is a picture of his floor bed and then his new twin bed.

Happy Easter on April Fools on Conference weekend

This Easter is on general conference weekend and also on April Fools Day. Crazy, eh?
Talia got to hunt for eggs at our local aquatic center/pool.
Bingham got to egg hunt with the toddlers and he loved it.
Easter presents were shoes for everyone and some outdoor activities for the kids. A small Easter but so wonderful.
Hope you enjoy the photos from our weekend.

2 weeks later was my grandma & grandpa "ronola's" Easter egg party. I captured a priceless 4 generation picture and more. I wanted to post them.

McCord's LASIK eye surgery

So happy we could finally get this surgery taken care of. He deserves to be able to see. Procedure went well yesterday and he is loving life without contacts or glasses.

Money doesn't grow on trees

Sometimes money is more tight than others. During those times, it's important to keep the faith and hope and be a little creative.

We've had fun being creative with the food, and making up new games to play with the kids. The last picture is a clearance sale on pajamas plus I had a coupon. So sets of jammies were $5. We had pajama weekend, which was fun and less wash to do.
Saving money can be fun if you are creative.

Talia's Scarlet Fever/ hospital stay

Finally home safe and sound. We love her so much and are grateful she is doing better. We hope for a speedy recovery.

We went to the ER Sunday evening and talia was admitted to Primary Children's hospital for 3 days. She was finally diagnosed with Scarlet Fever. Rare disease for this day and age. She is responding to medicine and was sent home to recover.
Thanks to all the family members for helping and thanks to all the ward members for all that they did

Baby #3 announced to the world

We're excited to announce baby #3 (pregnancy #10 technically). We made a short and sweet photo announcement online this last weekend.
Alex and Nate helped me with the idea. Fun and cute.
We feel so blessed to be having a 3rd baby. We almost can't believe it's true. Such a great blessing. We are so very excited!

Happy New Year 2018 (Idaho Falls)

Went to Idaho Falls to help Dallas and Brittany move to their new home. We hung out at Courtni's and had a great party. Talia had a great time staying up until midnight for the first time. She had a blast.
We also announced to the family about our 3rd baby. It was a great new year's.

Christmas eve photos with jammies and Christmas slippers.

Halloween Costumes 2017

Talia had so much fun this year for Halloween. First time she used the calendar to cross off the days until a holiday. Was going to be Elsa, but then wanted to be Elsa at Comic Con last month and Ariel for Halloween. She loved every second of this day.

Gratitude this holiday season

This holiday season I'm grateful for the simple things. We've had some drastic changes in our lives this last year and I thought I'd take the time to write down a list of a few small things I am grateful for:

I'm grateful for our health insurance. It's not the greatest in the world, but is certainly has saved us a heapload of money.
I am also grateful for a dental plan that pays 30%, sometimes 50%.
Also so grateful for my great doctors, pediatrician, and dentists.

Thanksgiving weekend 2017

Wednesday (day before thanksgiving): traveled to Logan to Day grandparents house, played with cousins, game night, enchiladas and salad, cheese ball and crackers and making pies for thanksgiving.
Thursday (Thanksgiving): basketball morning and jumping on trampoline, thanksgiving dinner, game night and resting and relaxing with leftovers all day.
Friday (day after thanksgiving): early black Friday shopping. We got great deals and nearly ALL our Christmas shopping done, put up grandma Trust's Christmas tree, movie and game night before bed with lol smokies. Adults watched comedians after kids went to sleep and we laughed our heads off.
Saturday: mccord went to a dinner at Maddox for grandma Dora's 98th bday. arcade games with grandpa and grandma Day, morning hike, Christmas Village and lights in Ogden at night. Arctic Circle dinner on the way home.
Sunday: church, clean up and packing, making grandma trudy's bday cake and birthday dinner and presents that night. Happy 53rd bday to my awesome mother!
We then drove home back to SLC.

Pretty awesome weekend. I didn't take many pictures, but wanted to write down all the fun things that we did, like Bingham climbing in the full bathtub fully clothed. It was super awesome and we loved the family fun and food.
