Circus Date Night

McCord took me to the circus for our date night last night. It was amazing! the motorcycle on the rope high in the air did a flip on the rope! elephants were fantastic! the ring master was awesome! i was continually floored by everything that i saw.
I took some pictures to post, though it was hard to capture anything on camera because of lighting and the speed of the tricks.

The quote above is from the movie "Hook".  It's the best way to describe how I'm feeling about what I've lost.  The new Apple iOS 6 software update for the iPhone 4S, which is what McCord and I both have as our cell phones, became available yesterday.  We both updated our phones.  McCord's worked fine, but my phone did not.  I ended up loosing ALL my contacts, ALL my pictures, and ALL of EVERYTHING that I had on my phone! Who knows how many pictures and videos I lost of our life the last month.  McCord was fantastic, though.  He contacted everyone that he had information for to see if we could retrieve any and all pictures of our little Talia.  Luckily, because of this blog, I didn't loose as much of her life pictures as I could have.  If you have any pictures of us or Talia, please send them to my phone.

Moral of the story: Back up your phone with something else.

So here, I will just post random pictures that I have, so I don't loose them.  Hopefully I can label them correctly.  Enjoy:

Bedtime and comics

A visit to the comic shop and we all got to pick a comic to read at bedtime that night.

Talia picked her first comic. We held up different comics in front of her and her attention always came back to this one. So we bought it for $3 and read it to her last night. She just loved it.
