Easter & Jazz Playoffs 2017

Happy Easter Saturday!

Also the 1st time in 5 years the Utah Jazz play in the playoffs. So instead of Easter colors, we wore Jazz attire. Game 1 started Saturday night and it was an AMAZING game!

Easter was so much fun this year! We went to grandma Ronald & Nola's Easter egg hunt and scavenger hunt. We went and got real Mexican tacos for dinner. Yum!
Easter bunny came, spreading jelly beans all over the house as usual, and left candy and drinks for everybody. Bingham's 1st Easter. Bingham loved the plastic Easter eggs. Talia's favorite part of Easter this year was "The jelly beans go from the basket and go all over the floor. That's my favorite part".

Spring playtime

We go to the park at least once a week. We live so close and it's easy to get to on a lunch break for me during work.

Time for yard work again

Bingham 11 months

Our sweet Bingham turned 11 months today. We can't believe how time flies. We are planning his 1st birthday party already. We are so thrilled to have this spirit in our home he gives kisses all the time and loves everyone. He has a tender heart also. He loves balls, watching Jazz games, and old time music. He also loves the bath. He's pretty mellow except when playing with his sister. He laughs aloud when playing with her or chasing her. They are such good friends.

Tracy Aviary trip

Tracy Aviary trip was so fun. The kids had a blast. We fed ducks, climbed on logs, saw all the birds and had a great time. Both kids sure had fun! McCord and I were happy to get out of the house.

ISTANBUL, TURKEY

Istanbul was a fun little place to stop for half a day. We got to see Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Very beautiful buildings and great history. Lanterns and rugs seemed to be in every shop. The Turkish döner was delicious!

Cape Sunion, Greece will be something neither of us will ever forget! It was indescribably beautiful overlooking the Aegean Sea at the Temple of Poseidon and watching the sunset. So romantic! So breathtaking! Words can not describe. I was brought to tears.

Talia's "Learning Time"

For over a year and a half we've done "learning time" for Talia. It's been super beneficial for her and our family. She gets to craft, color, play doh/floam, puzzles, or anything developmentally good for her. This is helpful for me working from home and she has so much fun. we do this every day. She can sit and do her learning time for an hour or more. I thought I'd post a picture of her cutting up a magazine and pasting her favorite things on a paper.
